Handmade pieces are made once.

Because the work is handmade, and often personalised with a name or message, it is started after the studio confirms your order. Change-of-mind returns are not offered for personalised work unless the studio agrees before making it.

If something arrives damaged, write on Instagram as soon as you can, with photographs of the piece and the packing. The studio will help make it right.

A cancelled payment is not an order. If a payment is captured and you need to stop the work, contact the studio before it is made. Refunds, when agreed, are handled by the studio and, for card or UPI payments, through the payment provider. This website does not invent a refund on its own.
