Ordering, in plain words.

An order is confirmed when the studio accepts it on Instagram, not when a piece is sitting in your browser bag. The price on the product page is the listed selling price. Delivery is confirmed separately. This website does not take payment.

Handmade work varies slightly from photographs. Colours on a screen are not a perfect match for fabric, paper, or paint.

Personalised text is made as you write it. Please check names before you send the order.

Ordering opens the studio’s Instagram profile. It does not send a message for you, reserve the piece, or take payment. Paste the copied product or bag details into Instagram Direct yourself.

Online payment is switched off. Do not send card details in an Instagram message.

The studio may decline a custom request that it cannot make in time or in the materials asked for.
